Blood Vessel HUVEC

OrganoReady® Blood Vessel HUVEC is a ready-to-use primary human vascular model delivered as perfusable, leak-tight HUVEC tubules. These tubules feature apical and basal access without the use of artificial membranes and develop a functional barrier enabling direct compound exposure. The model is suitable for therapeutic screening to predict toxicity and understand mechanisms of endothelial dysfunction and inflammation.

Specifications

Each OrganoReady Blood Vessel HUVEC comes pre-seeded with 40 or 64 ready-to-use HUVEC tubules grown against validated Collagen-I with stable barriers.

Validation

The OrganoReady® Blood Vessel HUVEC model features expression of key endothelial markers such as VE-cadherin, CD31, ICAM-1 reflecting tight junction formation, vascular identity and immune cell adhesion properties.
