MIMETAS is pleased to host a Scientific Insights Workshop in Gaithersburg on 3 December, bringing together researchers to exchange ideas and experiences on the application of Organ-on-a-Chip technology in drug discovery and disease modeling. Fittingly, on 3 December (3D), we will explore how advanced 3D cell culture and microphysiological systems are shaping the future of translational research.
The workshop will feature presentations from industry and academic researchers showcasing human tissue models developed using the OrganoPlate® platform, along with real-world applications in drug discovery, safety assessment, and disease modeling. Through hands-on demonstrations and scientific discussions, attendees will gain insights into epithelial barrier function analysis, advanced imaging workflows, and the characterization of complex 3D tissue models.
We also hope this event provides a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow scientists, share best practices, and foster new collaborations within the Organ-on-a-Chip and microphysiological systems community.
